Check that the app is running and you've granted necessary permissions. Restart the app and ensure tracking is enabled in Settings.
Verify you're logged into the same account on all devices. Check your internet connection and try manually syncing in Settings.
Make sure your OS meets minimum requirements (macOS 10.14+ or Windows 10+). Try downloading again or contact support.
Ensure Focus Mode is enabled and sites are added to your blocklist. Some browsers may require extensions for web blocking.
Check your tracking preferences and excluded apps list. Time below the minimum threshold (default 10 seconds) may not be tracked.
Ensure you have a stable internet connection. Try a smaller date range if exporting large amounts of data. Check file format compatibility.
